Marli’s skills as a raw food chef are awesome as her recipes are healthy, wholesome, creative, and delicious!
Our guests are very important to us, we love to entertain and share wonderful food and times with our friends. We have always prepared the food for anywhere from 100 people to 400.
This time for a fundraiser we wanted to serve a vegan and vegetarian buffet but with other commitments and an energetic two-year-old running around, we didn’t have the time to devote to this project.
I heard about Marli from several friends who were very happy with her food, presentation, and professionalism. I gave up control and trusted Marli to cater a fundraiser with finger foods for about 100 people. She is amazing! The food was beautiful, delicious, and unique. I especially appreciated her professionalism during the process.
We’re grateful to Marli for helping us provide a beautifully delicious, creative and fun evening. We’re now hoping we can convince Marli to develop a weekly vegan or vegetarian food preparation service for us and our friends.
